Ezhudhina varigal in idam,porul,yeval vazhiye ezhuthil illadha katchigalaium padikrarvar parkarapothu, athu nalla Haiku..(my understanding)

    Hi.Thanks for stopping by my post-”A doll order”.As far as the painted prayer and the colourful stream of paints that give bommai golu the successful washout, Navratri stands as a tool for orumaipaadu, i.e. peace, be it in animals, humans and Gods standing together mute and beautiful.My angst is to question the contentment that, we as audience, and as bommaigal ourselves give the picture at present, with every month or weekend turning out to be a death day, killing humanity in us, but helpless at the same time.The flavour of this occasion marked by many more in the Indian calender will continue hopefully.To remain dressed up and gloryfying golu, specially, seems an artificial or rather “painted” version of our vacuum lives.

    True that Life continues …even with Gods standing mute at what is happening around…..nevertheless the soothing sight of a Mary caressing the Messiah adjacent a stocky pillayar (eagerly glancing at his plate fulla modhagams ) kindles a small ray of hope pa…after all Life continues …with hope …aint it?

    Thanglish is confusing sometimes and we would NOT be able to enjoy the cool spark of kavithai after realising what is meant…
